Roscoe
When his former people decided to move, they simply loaded up and left Roscoe sitting on the front porch of the empty house along with feline friend Hayley and her two kittens! (We know! We don't understand it either!) Jean had been thinking about finding another dog since she lost Pookie, her beloved Shitzu, and Blue, the hound who came and never left, in quick succession. When she saw Roscoe on the W-n-W website, she knew he was the one for her! She also decided to "foster" Hayley and the kittens! Of course, they never left and Jean is now an active member of Whiskers-n-Wags! That's what we call a success!

Wolfie & Frankie-aka Caramel & Sandy
Wolfie & Frankie were shuttled to their forever home in Sperryville, Virginia by a weary band of travellers on the day before Thanksgiving! Patti's daughter searched high and low for a kitten for Mom, and when Patti and husband John made the trip to meet Dolores and the gang, it was love at first sight for everyone! Patti wouldn't hear of splitting up these rascals after the tough beginning they had, and we couldn't be happier! We just LOVE a happy ending!

Cherie & Noir
When their parents decided that raising kittens would be a good experience for them, 13 year old Ben & 12 year old Katie were thrilled! The Stafford siblings adopted siblings Cherie & Noir.

We are terribly sad to report that Cherie has crossed the Rainbow Bridge due to kidney failure. The hardest part of loving these babies is losing them. Please join us as we extend our heartfelt sympathy to Ben & his family. Although the outcome was not as we had hoped, we know that Cherie had a wonderful life.
